8-Week Fitness & Weight Loss Challenge

-Weigh In will be Monday January 9th from 8am-9pm or any other day that week. Just stop in during staffed hours. We'll get your weight (which stays private) and give you your informational packet and "Activity Sheet".

Over the course of the 8-week program, we want to see you get into shape and shed some of those unwanted pounds! We've put together 2 activity sheets for you with a wide variety of fitness tasks listed for you to complete.

Every time you complete a task on your Activity Sheet, have a member of our staff initial the appropriate box. Every time you complete an entire row of 5 across, your name will get entered into the drawing for one of our 3 grand prizes...The Exerspy! The more tasks you complete, the more calories you will burn and the more chances to win you will earn! We'll be regularly congratulating those participants who are completing tasks on our Facebook page!

The other 2 grand prizes will be awarded to the male and female who lose the biggest percentage of their starting bodyweight.

-Final Weigh In will be Friday March 2nd from 8am-6pm or any other day prior that week. If at your final weigh in you have lost any weight, you will win a t-shirt. Any participants who have lost 3% of their starting bodyweight will receive the t-shirt and $50 in "gym bucks" redeemable for smoothies, merchandise, or personal training at The Workout Company!

Grand prize winners will be announced on Monday March 11th on our Facebook page and the gym chalkboard.

**To remain "Active" in the competition and eligible to win any prize, you must log into your dotFIT account that we have set up for you at least once every 7 days throughout the entire competition. If you do not already have a dotFIT account set up, we will activate one for you within 24 hours of the start of the competition. Instructions and log in information will be emailed to you.
