Free Yoga Classes

Members of The Workout Company have the great benefit of taking any of our classes FREE! A great class to take if you are new to working out or just need to unwind is yoga. Our yoga class meets Tuesday evening at 7:30pm and Thursday morning at 10:30. Yoga will help you gain flexibility, improve circulation and get stronger...but that's just the beginning.

For a more challenging take on traditional yoga, try our Hard Body Yoga. This class is like a mix of traditional yoga and pilates. It's a great full body workout. Hard Body Yoga meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15pm and Saturdays at 10:15am. This very popular class is also 100% free for members of The Workout Company.
