Learn the Equipment- tour next Tuesday 8/17/10

There will be an hour long tour next Tuesday, August 17th from 5pm to 6pm at The Workout Company. Personal Trainer Alvin Hazelton will lead the tour and go over various pieces of equipment in the gym and the correct use of each. It's a great opportunity to broaden your fitness horizons. The tour is free, just show up.
