Our next "Learn The Equipment Tour" is scheduled for Thursday December 9th at 5:00pm. Join a certified personal trainer for a one-hour walk through that will get you familiar with all of our equipment. Bring your questions and we'll get them answered for you. The tour is FREE, just show up.
