You WILL get in Great Shape Faster with Personal Training

We're here to make sure you get fit. Burning off fat, toning muscles and getting truly healthy are within reach, regardless of your current condition. In each hour-long session, your personal trainer will be right there with you to lead you through the workout he or she has custom designed for you. Your trainer will monitor your progress throughout, adjusting difficulty levels and intensity constantly to keep you in the target zone to optimize your results. Training keeps you motivated, on-track and holds you accountable -- this means real world results.

A full range of measurements, fitness level, weight, and body fat percentage can be taken before and after your training to keep track of your progress.

All new members over the age of 18 may take advantage of a complimentary personal training session upon joining. This is a real personal training session that will have you moving, burning calories, challenging muscles and getting a feel for what personal training is all about. Personal Training sessions come in packages. You can opt for a single session or a package of 5, 10, 25, 50 or a custom package size. Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Training gets you the advantages of working with a trainer at an affordable price since you are training in a group of 5 or fewer people. We have a number of ongoing Small Group Personal Training Camps that range from 4 to 6 weeks in length and meet twice a week. TUFFbod, Metabolic Afterburn, ReShape, School of Strength, or Tabata Training will all get you great results.
Small group training can be done with any group- form your own or get in on one starting soon.

 

Group Personal Training

Get in with a larger group to burn calories while saving some dough. Our group personal training incorporates dynamic and functional exercises in a format that will challenge participants of all different fitness levels in one class. Regular Group Training rates start at $15 per person per session.
