What is Spinning? Spinning is an indoor group exercise cycling program which is taught by an instructor and led to inspiring music in a specially designed classroom. This exciting program is an effective way to train the cardiovascular system, because anyone can ride a bike! Beginners and advanced participants can benefit in the same class because there are no set tension levels on the bike. Your instructor will teach you how to work between a perceived level 1 (feeling the road-very light resistance) and a level 10 (the most tension you can take!) however you determine what your #1 and #10 tension is. As you get stronger your levels of tension will become harder. This program will burn a minimum of 450 calories per class for most participants so it is extremely effective! When attending a
Spinning Class you must:

- Sign-up at the Front Desk prior to class.
- Bring your own water bottle and towel to wipe down your bike
- Wear appropriate bike shorts or bring a slip-on padded bike seat.
- Show up 10-15 minutes prior to your class to get set-up on your bike.
